1099 Contractor
Community Outreach Associate
$17/hour — 20 hrs/week — Mon to Thu — Remote
Build referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, elder law attorneys, home health agencies, and senior placement advisors across Atlanta. You will make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and grow our referral network — all from home, Monday through Thursday. Performance bonus up to $500/month based on confirmed referrals placed. No experience with senior housing required — we will train you.

Unpaid — Academic Credit
Community Outreach Intern
Performance bonus up to $300/month — Mon to Thu — Remote
A hands-on internship for students in Social Work, Gerontology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Communications. You will build real referral relationships, schedule confirmed meetings, and earn a $50 bonus for every meeting that takes place — up to $300/month. Academic credit supported. Letter of recommendation for all interns who complete in good standing.
