Good Fit for Placement

- Able to manage daily living independently
- Mobile without physical assistance
- Has a consistent income source such as SSI, SSA, pension, or employment
- Does not require medical supervision or daily personal care
- Ready and willing to follow shared housing standards
Not a Current Fit
- Requires skilled nursing or memory care
- Requires daily medication administration
- Active substance use without treatment engagement
- Requires mobility assistance or adaptive equipment
